Our safari lodges are all highly individual places, chosen for their incredible design, jaw-dropping wildlife and impeccable service. Plus, buckets of romance. And bloody good wines. Southern Africa has some exquisite, tented camps and safari lodges, and we’d like to think we’ve found the best of them. (But we’ll definitely keep looking.) And while they’re mostly far from everywhere, they’re also far from ordinary, and seriously close to perfect.
We’ve chosen each camp for its unique design and stunning location – be it on a river, in the desert, or even on a cliff. But you’ll always be surrounded by pristine wilderness and natural beauty. Think sweeping thatched or tented roofs, sprawling four-poster beds, indoor and outdoor showers (because, honestly, who could choose), oversized copper bathtubs and private plunge pools – all with one heck of a view. Most support their local communities – something we’re proud of – and all of them are extraordinary.
