Jack’s Camp

Like most people who visit Jack’s Camp, you’re probably thinking, OK, so who’s Jack? In short, he’s our kinda guy. And his place is, quite simply, unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. From its Persian rug-strewn nomadic tea tent to the almost lunar landscape of the salt pans that surrounds it, Jack’s Camp is an ode to adventure and African exploration from its founder, Jack Bousfield. Catch Southern Africa’s only zebra migration, learn the ancient ways of the Zu/’hoasi Bushmen and quadbike across what remains of one of the world’s largest super lakes. Prepare to fall in love.

The Jack’s Camp Experience

Don’t expect to find abundant big game, the experience is focused on the salt pans, one of the largest in the world. It’s an other-worldly, captivating landscape. Jack’s Camp is the place for stargazing, sleeps outs and quad biking. The walk with local Bushman guides is an enriching, authentic cultural experience.
