Arriving in Cape Town, you’ll ease into safari mode over three nights, tucked away from the world in the grand surrounds of Ellerman House. Home to a meticulously curated collection of South African art, with works spanning two centuries, and a 9000-bottle fine wine cellar, this exclusive retreat is anything but ordinary - much like the city itself.
