Welcome to Linyanti Bush Camp, where we promise not to judge you for drinking gin and tonics before noon. This little camp might be small, but it has a huge heart and even bigger views! Enjoy breathtaking views of the stunning Linyanti floodplains on Chobe’s western boundary, making it the perfect spot for some quality “me” time (or “we” time, if you’re in that mood!).
Location
This little slice of paradise is located in the private Linyanti Concession. This means you’ll experience Africa’s wildlife in a way few others can – without the crowds and chaos of the public parks. You’ll have exclusive access to the Linyanti wetland, the primary water source in the dry months of April to November, which attracts large herds of elephants and buffalo. If you’re lucky, you’ll glimpse the rare African wild dog known to roam the area.
Camp Overview
Our six luxury tents are designed to make you feel like royalty in the wilderness. Each has a lovely ensuite bathroom on raised decking with a king or twin bed, sofa, and writing desk. And if you’re feeling fancy, there’s a small plunge pool in the central area, where you can sip on cocktails and make like you’re living your best life.
Activities
But enough about the creature comforts – let’s talk about the real reason you’re here: the Linyanti Bush Camp Experience. You’ll have the chance to get up close with some of Africa’s most majestic creatures on game drives, guided walking safaris, motorboat safaris, mokoro excursions, and bird-watching. And if you’re feeling adventurous, there are night drives perfect for spotting Botswana’s natural nocturnal world. So pack your bags, and grab your sense of humour (and maybe a bottle of gin). This is an unforgettable experience.
